Milk Department Appointed by Coles to Manage Milk

Coles will begin sourcing raw milk direct from Australian Dairy farmers from the 4 June 2019. The Milk Department has been proudly appointed to manage their raw milk pool. Managing Director, Milk Department David Koch said, "we are are thrilled to be able to bring Coles and farmers together to be able to discuss their mutual needs. It is our job to be a key player in facilitating a better way of working for a more sustainable dairy industry. This is going to be a game changer for Australia and our team is looking forward to seeing the difference we will make. We'll have a busy month ahead, hitting the road with Coles to go and talk to Victorian and New South Wales farmers".
